Role: Experienced scout in the King’s Hood  

Appearance: Talon is lean and athletic, built for speed and endurance. He has sharp, dark eyes  that are always scanning, always watching. His dark brown hair is kept short, and his features are  angular, giving him a naturally intense look. His movements are precise, reflecting his years of  training. 

Personality: Talon is pragmatic and disciplined, the kind of soldier who doesn’t let emotions cloud his judgment. He’s been in the King’s Hood for a year longer than Garrick and has already completed several missions, but he still carries a deep sense of duty—both to the King and to his fellow scouts. He believes in patience, careful observation, and striking only when necessary. While he can be serious, he has a wry sense of humor that only those close to him get to see. 

Background: Raised in a military family, Talon grew up in a household that valued loyalty and  service. His father was a commander in the King’s army, and his older brother died in battle, fueling his desire to protect Aldarion from the darkness. While he excels in strategy and survival skills, his weakness lies in his skepticism—he struggles with matters of faith and the unseen. He relies on what he can see and touch, which makes this mission all the more challenging. 

Fighting Style: Talon wields a short sword and dagger, favoring speed over brute force. He’s an  expert in stealth and tracking, making him a formidable scout. 

Beliefs & Motivations: Talon fights because he believes someone has to, but he doesn’t dwell on  philosophical questions of good and evil. To him, darkness is an enemy to be fought, not something to be debated. However, Ashmoore will test this belief in ways he never expected.
